Damaged baggage complaint

Wow Air - Damaged baggage complaint
My baggage was torned open when I took your flight from Miami to Manila via Madrid on WW-9481 last 31 March 2020. The zipper of my bag was cut open and was only secured back by a tape. My bag has a sentimental value and is with me for more than 6 years. I would like to file a formal complaint and is requesting for a compensation for the damage.

WOW AIR - Worse than Spirit Air

Yes it is that bad. If something is worse than spirit airlines then they really have to be doing something horrible. Even Spirit airlines will refund you if you over pay for bags while Wow Air takes the ignorance stance and refuses to provide a $132.00 refund in stake of risking their reputation for bad customer service and lying to their clients. Bottom line is I would never fly Wow Air again because they are trying to scam me and confirmed that they would provide a refund for overpayment of baggage but has obviously refused to do so and thus the reason for warning the pissed consumer community about this horrible experience.
